These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Atlas Field AI website and your purchase or use of our products and services. By using the Site or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms.

Products and services

We offer offline AI software, optional downloads, and configured rugged hardware. Specifications, pricing, and availability are described on the Site and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us.

Software license

Software is licensed to you under the terms provided with the applicable installer or documentation. Unless otherwise stated, you may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the software for unlawful purposes.

Hardware

Hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranties in addition to any policies we communicate at order time. Returns and support terms will be stated in your order confirmation or invoice.

Disclaimer

AI outputs and tools are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for verifying critical information in your operating environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no such payment applies.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Field AI and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.
